The purpose of this role is to take Martech platform implementation projects for Adobe Campaign- Classic & Standard, Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Orchestration, AJO, Redpoint or Unica through the entire development life cycle. This role will work as the solution lead and will be directly involved in the architecture, solution design, development, testing, and deployment of the campaign platform. This role serves not only as the technical subject matter expert for the given platform but also as a consultant on projects involving multiple technologies and components.

Good to have Skills:

Work Queue management software (Team Track, Jira, etc.) File management tools (PGP, Text Editors, CuteFTP, FileZilla, etc.) SQL for data analysis Customer Data Platforms Like AEP, AIQ


Key Responsibilities: 

Lead team of campaign development resources to deliver exceptional cross-channel campaign services including campaign calendar, campaign requirements and campaign development and execution activities.  Act as Implementation SME for Martech Platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud Applications -AJO, ACC, ACS, Marketo etc. Serve as the face of campaign delivery interfacing directly with client and internal teams to address and manage client requests and communicate status as a Merkle team member working on-site at the client location in Cleveland, Ohio  Customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, including new campaign requirements, development tests, production execution, and quality control.  Manage the campaign process in compliance with the contractual Service Level Agreements Plan.  Coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status.  Capable of completing campaign activities individually.  Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the Account Teams, Client, and management team.  Obtain client signoff on campaign specification Document and train other team members to perform campaign execution role.
