Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HR records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, etc.).
- Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave inputs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Help in maintaining labor law documentation and audits.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
- Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records of employees.
- Support day-to-day office administration (stationery, ID cards, attendance devices).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
