Requirements

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively across differentteams.
  • Proficiencyin production planning software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Leadershipexperience with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
  • Knowledgeof lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvementmethodologies ispreferred.
  • Certificationin production and inventory management (e.g. APICS) is aplus.
  • Shouldbe able to communicate well and collaborate with all levels ofstaff.
