Job Description:

- Accounts Executive

Work Days:

- Mon to Sat

**Responsibilities**:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements

Manage TDS compliance, including timely deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns

Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of GST returns and reconciliation of input and output taxes

Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and report generation

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive.

Sound knowledge of TDS regulations, GST laws, and balance sheet preparation

Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and formulas for data analysis

Familiarity with accounting software-Tally and ERP systems

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently
