RoleDescription:
Planschedule monitor and control actions ahead of time to ensureseamless flow of the manufacturing process end toend.
CoreResponsibilities:
Understandprogram/project schedule requirements and create productionplans/Order with appropriatebaselines.
Modify/ update the production schedules to the latest version of thepurchase contract (PC)/Saleorder.
Managethe Schedule and the manufacturing related collaterals in the ERP /MRP with up to date contractrevisions.
PlanSchedule monitor and control material requirements for productionincluding plans for manufacturingkits.
Reviewshortage of material and work with Supply Chain Quality teams andother stakeholders to mitigate material shortagerisks.
Identifycommunicate and mitigate impact for and of any materialshortages.
Managethe dynamic aspect in manufacturing schedules material schedulestool schedules etc. Liaise with all other internal stakeholders fordynamic schedule requests fromcustomer.
Releaseof Job Orders/production order in the ERP /MRP.
Createweekly resource plan kitting plan & work with manufacturingstakeholders for acceptance anddeployment.
Reviewthe Production Progress on daily basis and manage the data for MISreporting.
Reviewthe resource availability on daily basis manage impact. Review theimpact and reprioritize the manufacturingoperations.
Reviewthe consumption pattern / Forecast at customer sites and monitorinventory levels and initiate actions for production ensuring thatinventory does not drop below minimum levels at anytime.
Communicateto Stakeholders and leadership for any impact related to stafftools material infrastructure and work towardssolutions.
Requirements
Skills:
Provenexperience in production planning and control within amanufacturing environment preferably in aerospacesector.
Proficiencyin using production planning software and ERP systems (e.g. SAPOracle MRPsystems).
Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpretdata analyze trends and make datadrivendecisions.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
Knowledgeof quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 & AS9100) andlean manufacturingprinciples.
Familiaritywith regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable toproductionprocesses.
EducationalQualification:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial EngineeringManufacturing Engineering or relatedfield.
Workexperience: Minimum5 years of experience in the domain of production planning andcontrol.
Abilityto work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamicmanufacturingenvironment

Educational Qualification: Bachelor sdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Skills: Provenexperience in production planning and control within amanufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace sector.Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems(e.g., SAP, Oracle, MRP systems). Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyzetrends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams. Knowledge of quality managementsystems (e.g., ISO 9001 & AS9100) and lean manufacturingprinciples. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industrystandards applicable to production processes.
