We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Development and Customer Success Specialist. Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development :
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in government contracting.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the government contracting sector.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and meetings to promote GovConPros' services.
  • Marketing :
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Management :
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with their day-to-day needs and inquiries, providing exceptional customer support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work on strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collect feedback from clients and relay insights to the team to improve our services.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer success, preferably in the government contracting or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes and certifications (e.g., minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned certifications) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred :

  • Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and knowledge of government contract vehicles.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software.
