About the Position --Franchise Expansion Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Mumbai. The person must have a solid track record in Franchise Expansion with a minimum experience of 8-12 years working as a full-time employee. Candidates from Education Industry shall be preferred.


Responsibilities & Experience


  • Responsible for Franchise expansion.
  • Lining up and meeting new franchisee prospects.
  • Responsible for generating franchisee leads
  • Ensuring franchisee expansion targets are delivered.
  • Delivering impactful presentations
  • Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of the prospects.
  • Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation
  • Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in Mumbai
  • Open to frequent travel within and outside Mumbai




Qualifications & Skills


  • Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality. Excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
  • Should be a consistent High performer.
