Solution Sales Expert– Night Shift (US/Canada Market)Location: Andheri East, MumbaiShift: Monday to Friday, 6 PM onwards (8-hour shift)Urgent Requirement | Immediate Joiners PreferredCompensation: 10 – 12 LPA Fixed and 3 – 4 LPA VariableExperience : 2–5 yearsOur Client is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Inside Sales Expert to engage with Small & Medium Business (SMB) clients across the USA and Canada. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the willingness to work night shifts from the office.Key Responsibilities- Handle outbound and inbound sales activities for US/Canada SMB clients sourcing from Chinese suppliers- Simplified shipping services- Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.- Exceed new customer acquisition and booking KPIs and targets- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the right logistics and sourcing solutions.- Guide them in using the Companies digital platform- Manage and report daily pipelines within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activity and results.- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve processes and solutions.- Drive lead engagement, relationship-building, and conversions.- Communicate value propositions clearly and professionally.- Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience.Requirements- Fluent English communication—must be confident & articulate.- Willingness to work night shift from office (mandatory).- Experience with USA/Canada clients preferred.- SaaS sales experience is an added advantage (open to other domains).- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, selling to North American small businesses or consumer segments, selling value-based solutions.- Looking for immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period.
