This role will require an individual with a passion for innovation, market research, and strategy development, who is capable of setting up and scaling the catering business in new markets while ensuring the highest quality standards in vendor selection and management.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the catering sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.Tailor catering solutions based on market dynamics in key cities (Mumbai, Delhi, etc.).Select, onboard, and manage catering vendors, ensuring high-quality service.Establish SOPs and implement quality control processes to maintain service standards.Identify and eliminate substandard vendors to uphold brand quality.Research catering trends to innovate and improve BMC's offerings.Set up catering teams in new markets, ensuring smooth integration.Foster strong relationships with catering partners and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.Monitor performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:Minimum of 7+ years of experience in banquet sales or catering sales, preferably from a reputed organization in the hospitality or event management industry.Proven leadership in managing sales teams and driving business growth.Strong understanding of catering market trends and regional nuances.Experience in vendor selection, management, and quality control.Ability to develop and implement SOPs and maintain high service standards.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:Experience in scaling catering or hospitality businesses across multiple regions.Knowledge of digital sales tools and platforms to manage and track catering sales and leads.
