Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Head for our Restaurants and Banquets division. Positioned at the executive level, this full-time role is based in Hyderabad and requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 30 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and team leadership.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in restaurant management to oversee operations and ensure high-quality customer experiences. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven track record in managing banquet operations, including event coordination and execution. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong budgeting skills to efficiently manage financial resources and achieve profitability. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in staff training to develop a skilled and motivated team, enhancing overall service quality.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and control expenses.
  • Strong vendor management skills to negotiate contracts and build beneficial partnerships with suppliers.
  • Keen attention to quality control to uphold standards and improve operational processes continuously.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of restaurants and banquets to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction continuously.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used effectively.
  • Lead and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Coordinate with teams to plan and execute successful events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Enforce rigorous quality control checks to maintain the highest standards in food and service delivery.
