The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and support in a dynamic staffing and recruiting industry setting. Qualifications and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, with a customer-centric mindset. Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues effectively. Basic computer proficiency, including email and CRM software usage. Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and client records management. Maintain client records by updating account information regularly and accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction. Assist in preparing reports on customer service activities and statistics for management review. Contribute to team meetings and offer insights to enhance customer service processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process for continuous improvement.
