Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Lasons India Private Limited in Taloja MIDC , Navi Mumbai. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production processes to meet efficiency and quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in production management, staff supervision, and quality control
Strong knowledge of production processes and optimization techniques
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 Years Experience in API manufacturer is must
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in production environments
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Certifications in production management or related field are a plus
