Product Manager ( JiBe Central Data Services/ JCDS )
Job ObjectiveJiBe is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.
Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize product features related to data synchronization and integrationCollaborate with engineering teams to develop technical specificationsCreate and maintain product roadmapsAnalyze product performance metrics and user feedback
Qualifications and SkillsPrevious work experience in data-centric projects or productsFamiliarity with data synchronization and integration conceptsExperience in managing technical products or featuresStrong understanding of SQL and MongoDBProficiency in working with JSON formatBasic knowledge of database architecture and designExcellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Additional QualificationsUnderstanding of data privacy and security regulationsFamiliarity with API integrations and ETL processesKnowledge of Agile development methodologiesExperience with solutions for the administration of data and ensuring uniformity across different environments
