Position - Product Manager ( Ji Be Central Data Services/ JCDS ) Job Objective Ji Be is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry.

Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs.

Ji Be ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities Define and prioritize product features related to data synchronization and integration Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical specifications Create and maintain product roadmaps Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback Qualifications and Skills Previous work experience in data-centric projects or products Familiarity with data synchronization and integration concepts Experience in managing technical products or features Strong understanding of SQL and Mongo DB Proficiency in working with JSON format Basic knowledge of database architecture and design Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value Additional Qualifications Understanding of data privacy and security regulations Familiarity with API integrations and ETL processes Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Experience with solutions for the administration of data and ensuring uniformity across different environments
