We are seeking an experienced and strategicSales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience inthe IT industry. As a Sales Manager you will lead our sales teamdrive revenue growth and foster client relationships within the ITdomain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding ofIT solutions and services along with proven leadership skills inmanaging sales teams.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • StrategicLeadership:

    • Developand implement effective sales strategies within the IT domain toachieve organizationalgoals.

    • Provide visionaryleadership and direction to the sales team setting clear goals andexpectations.

  • TeamManagement:

    • Recruittrain and mentor a highperforming sales team with a focus on ITsolutions andservices.

    • Conduct regularperformance evaluations providing constructive feedback andfostering a positive teamculture.

  • SalesPlanning andExecution:

    • Developand execute comprehensive sales plans for IT products andservices.

    • Monitor markettrends competitor activities and technological advancements toidentify salesopportunities.

  • ClientRelationshipManagement:

    • Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with key clients within the ITindustry.

    • Collaborate withthe team to understand client needs and address complex ITrequirements.

  • SalesForecasting andReporting:

    • Prepareregular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses within theIT domain.

    • Present salesupdates and results to the executiveteam.

  • CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

    • Workclosely with other departments such as marketing and productdevelopment to align strategies and achieve overall businessobjectives.

    • Collaborate withtechnical teams to ensure effective communication between sales andITsolutions.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Information Technology or arelated field.

  • Minimum of 2years of experience in a Sales Manager role within the ITindustry.

  • Solidunderstanding of IT solutions and services including softwaredevelopment infrastructure andcybersecurity.

  • Provenleadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a salesteam.

  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.

  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced ITenvironment.

  • Proficiency inCRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
