Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technology Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting mid-to-senior IT professionals, a strong understanding of technology roles, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and a passion for finding the best tech talent.


Location: Kochi / Bangalore


Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential IT candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. Use advanced sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  2. Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal to attract top IT talent.
  3. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting IT professionals, including software developers, Quality Engineers, Cloud, Data, Product, CRM, and AI roles.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Delivery and Community leaders to understand hiring requirements. Collaborate with domestic and international vendors to acquire profiles with the right skill sets.
  6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, providing timely feedback and communication.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support recruitment decisions.
  8. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring ratio, sourcing mix, and candidate source effectiveness. Use data to improve recruitment strategies.
  9. Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion standards.
  10. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technology recruitment, preferably within mid-sized or large Technology companies. Experience recruiting for a range of IT roles is essential.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT concepts, technologies, and trends. Experience with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and tech-specific job boards.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
