As Sales Manager at Miduty, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the nutraceutical industry. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and uphold Miduty's reputation for quality and innovation. Key aspects of your role may include:

What You’ll Be Doing:Establish and communicate clear performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.Reach monthly sales goals determinedOptimise calling scriptsOptimise call allocations, data calling, past customer callingsMaintain efficiency of call softwares, Sales CRMCreate Sales CRM JourneysWork closely with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with our product offerings.Carry quarterly quota in order to reach annual goalsUtilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales trends.Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.

Qualifications3 or more years previous consultative and solution based sales experience.Experience with Sales CRM (Zoho/Leadsquared/Ameyo/others)Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup)
