Staffing Manager/ Account Manager/ Delivery Manager 100% Onsite - Work from Office We are looking for a managerial level candidate who will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the successful execution of deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor client accounts to identify and address potential risks or opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate client information and documentation in CRM systems. Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and project statuses. Handle client escalations with professionalism and efficiency. Contribute to process improvements that enhance the client experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in client relationship management, or account management in US Staffing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to work night shifts (US Process) from the office.
