Job Description Job Title: Recruiter (US Staffing) Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Type: Hybrid Experience: 2 – 6 Years | Domain: IT/Non IT/ Engineering / Manufacturing / Automotive / Healthcare / Pharma We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter / Staffing Specialist to support our US clients across Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, preferably working with VMS/MSP systems and direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities · Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Professional roles in the US market. · Work closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to meet client expectations on quality and timelines. · Manage multiple requisitions efficiently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. · Utilize portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and internal ATS for effective talent sourcing. · Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients. · Adhere to compliance and client SLAs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Preferred Experience · 2+ years of US Recruitment experience (IT / Non-IT / Engineering / Automotive / Healthcare). · Prior experience working with VMS/MSP clients preferred. · Candidates with W2 hiring experience are highly preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Flexible to work in EST/CST time zones.
