Overview TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world.Job Title: Domestic staffing recruiterLocation: BangaloreWork Type: OnsiteJob Type: Full TimeExperience: 1-4 YearsShift Timings:Day ShiftKey Responsibilities:Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for contract and permanent positions of Technical and Non-Technical roles.Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), ATS, and advanced internet sourcing techniques.Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process and timely follow-ups.Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process through to candidate acceptance and onboarding.Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for a variety of domestic staffing roles.Analyze and understand open job requirements to identify qualified candidates effectively.Participate in daily team huddles with management and account managers to ensure all active roles are covered and closures are managed efficiently.Qualifications:Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in domestic staffing.Strong sourcing skills using both traditional job boards and modern social media platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
