Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.- Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
1. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Oversee major sales accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
1. Sales Process Optimization:
- Develop and refine sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure the sales team is utilizing CRM software effectively.- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
1. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns that support sales efforts.- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate product features and benefits to clients.- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Skills:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.- In-depth understanding of IT solutions and services.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
