Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant  Manager  to join our Quality & Research department with the ability to improve and monitor processes for our Firm. Candidates  need to have practical approach for solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. We look for a person who is agile, curious, mindful and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in the approach


Key Responsibilities

  • Review the process for internal set-standards’ compliance requirements.
  • Adherence to quality policy, lead quality control and improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management – Lead, collaborate and manage new initiatives within the Firm from start to finish.
  • Conduct detailed research to support decision-making and growth strategies.
  • Opportunity identification and develop new professional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Assist in market analysis and industry trend tracking.

  • Ability to develop strategies to expand service offerings.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
