Wedding Alliances is a premium matrimonial service provider offering personalized matchmaking for clients. We work on an exclusive, one-on-one consultation basis, ensuring privacy, trust, and quality matchmaking experiences.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-inquiry to final execution.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interaction history.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and grievances with professionalism and promptness.
  • Track client engagement metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and assist in the conversion of prospects
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client meetings and walkthroughs.

Required Skills –

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualification and Experience –

  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM or client servicing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
