ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a Senior Executive – CRM with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM to streamline processes, optimize automation, and enhance marketing funnel performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving workflows, and enabling sales & marketing teams with actionable insights.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure and maintain Zoho CRM (modules, workflows, custom fields, dashboards).
  • Implement and optimize lead management processes and sales pipelines.
  • Support marketing funnel setup and track campaign performance.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with email marketing and other tools.
  • Generate reports and insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Train and assist internal teams in effective CRM usage.
