Job Description: Line Cook Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic team in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring a smooth workflow in collaboration with the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and portion control guidelines. Assist in developing new dishes or improving existing recipes. Ensure food is presented in a visually appealing manner. Kitchen Operations Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies before service. Follow food safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of food handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times. Coordinate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure timely service. Inventory & Supplies Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef or Manager of shortages. Ensure proper storage of all ingredients and equipment. Team Collaboration Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide support to team members during busy service times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a busy restaurant. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory. Skills Required: Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills.
