AdTech Project ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an AdTech Project Lead/Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of our AdTech initiatives, specifically driving day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Stakeholders (Client side), cross-functional teams including operations, quality and other support functions to deliver innovative advertising technology solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AdTech projects, ensuring the business goals as per the SLA's are met.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues effectively.Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with internal POCs to define clear project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for any expectations from the Client.Technical Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our AdTech stack and industry trends to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders and internal teams .Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, transparent updates on project status, key metrics, and challenges to leadership and relevant teams.QualificationsRequired:10+ years of experience in project management, within the AdTech industry.Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (e.g., SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers, DMPs, programmatic buying, ad exchanges).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Preferred :Experience with any development experience (.net, HTML, JS) and advertising (any sell- side, buy-side platforms).Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools relevant to AdTech.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key Skills:AdTech Domain Expertise (SSP, DSP)Cross-functional LeadershipProblem-Solving & Decision MakingData AnalysisTechnical AcumenCommunication & Presentation
