Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferred in (insert relevant industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
