Your Responsibilities
Explore potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth in HoReCa
Build up strategies / Sales promotion plans under the guidance of the Senior Manager
Map the requirements of HoReCa business to provide the best products and services mix to achieve profitable growth for the assigned area
Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
Expand the company product business in HORECA segment
Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region
Analyse various promotion plans & cost impact of the same in the budget.
Meet the Distributors to plan Business Development & discuss implementation plans
Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement
Qualifications
Post Graduate/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 7-8 years of working experience in HoReCa in Punjab. A background as a Chef is an added advantage.
Excellent MS office skills
Good communication and collaborative skills
Experience leading a team
Innovative and solution-oriented mindset
