Job Description: Area Sales Executive (Preferably Female)

**Position Title**: Area Sales Executive

**Location**: Punjab, India

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports To**: Regional Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify potential customers and develop relationships to drive sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- **Client Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and reliability.
- **Travel and Territory Management**:

- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab to meet clients and close sales deals.
- Manage and plan territory visits efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- **Training and Development**:

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Punjab.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Punjabi (both written and spoken) is preferred.
