Cluster Revenue Manager — Uno Hotels (Delhi) | UK Portfolio

Location: Delhi Office (occasional UK travel)

Function: Revenue Management — Corporate Office

Reports to: Director, Revenue Management – Uno Hotels

Role Summary

Drive top-line growth for a multi-hotel UK portfolio from Uno Hotels’ Delhi corporate office . Own pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution to maximise RevPAR, RGI, and profitability . Lead the commercial cadence and align stakeholders to deliver plan.

Key Accountabilities
  • Strategy & Pricing: Set dynamic pricing, fences, and displacement rules across segments and channels.
  • Forecasting: Deliver accurate daily/weekly/monthly demand forecasts; flag risks/opportunities with clear actions.
  • Inventory & Distribution: Optimise availability, rate parity, and channel mix; maintain system hygiene (CRS/PMS/RMS/OTA).
  • Commercial Cadence: Chair daily/weekly commercial meetings on pace, pick-up, and performance; drive SMART action plans.
  • Performance Management: Produce month-end packs; track variance vs budget/STR compset; escalate recovery plays.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, eCom, and Ops to execute total-hotel revenue strategy.
  • Portfolio Leadership: Manage multiple UK properties; mentor analysts; standardise best practices across the cluster.

  • RGI / RevPAR Index growth vs compset
  • Forecast Accuracy (rooms/ADR/RevPAR)
  • Channel & Segment Mix optimisation; acquisition cost reduction
  • Pace vs Plan and conversion through key booking windows
  • GOPPAR impact from revenue decisions
What You Bring
  • Hands-on hotel revenue management experience (cluster or multi-property preferred).
  • Track record leading commercial meetings on pace, performance analysis, and SMART actions.
  • Advanced Excel , strong numeracy, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Change agent mindset; ability to influence, build trust, and upskill teams.
  • Strong leadership , planning & organising , and stakeholder management .
  • Resilient, self-organised, and effective under time pressure; able to juggle concurrent priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the UK.
