Role Overview

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our New Delhi marketing office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics and experience in creating compelling visuals for both
digital
and
print
platforms in the hospitality and lifestyle sector.

This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll work closely with our UK marketing team to design visual content for promotions, menus, campaigns, social media, and branding across multiple UNO Hotels properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing designs for
    social media posts, ads, reels, and stories
    .
  • Design
    posters, flyers, menus, banners, tent cards, and other print marketing materials
    .
  • Maintain and enhance
    brand consistency
    across all design assets and properties.
  • Collaborate with the
    marketing and content team
    to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Work on
    event branding
    , including wedding fairs, festive campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Edit and retouch photos/videos as needed for digital use.
  • Prepare design files for printing and coordinate with vendors for production.
  • Keep up-to-date with hospitality design trends and digital aesthetics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in
    Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication
    , or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience
    (hospitality, food, or lifestyle brand experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
    (Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand identity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Photography and short video editing skills
    will be an added advantage.
