We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphics Designer who also possesses skills in video editing to join our team. As a Junior Graphics Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires proficiency in graphic design software, as well as video editing tools. The candidate must have their own system/laptop to work with.

Responsibilities:)

1. Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for various digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and marketing collaterals. 2. Create illustrations, infographics, and icons that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives. 4. Edit and enhance videos for various purposes, including promotional videos, tutorials, product demonstrations, and social media content. 5. Implement motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content and deliver an engaging user experience. 6. Ensure consistency in visual style, brand identity, and messaging across all graphic and video materials.7. Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. 8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry standards to continuously improve design skills and deliver innovative designs. 9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and channels. 10. Maintain a well-organized digital asset library and file management system to ensure easy access and retrieval of design files.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Junior Graphics Designer with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). 2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) with a strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles. 3. Solid portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills. 4. Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. 6. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 7. Strong communication skills to effectively understand and interpret design briefs and provide creative solutions. 8. Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. 9. Experience in creating graphics and videos for social media platforms is a plus.10. Candidates must have their own system/laptop to work with and should be proficient in using design and video editing software on their system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
