We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin & Front Office Executive to join our team. This role involves managing front office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules.
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and ensure the front desk is always tidy and presentable.
  • Manage courier and mail services (incoming/outgoing).
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when required.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
  • Maintain records and files as per company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 0–1 years of experience in front office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
