Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.Js to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing robust, scalable front-end applications integrated into AEM components, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain front-end solutions using React.Js integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . Build custom AEM components, templates, dialogs , and front-end logic using HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, CSS, and React . Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver responsive and high-performance web applications. Translate design mockups into fully functional front-end components with pixel-perfect accuracy. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of all front-end solutions. Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices. Debug and resolve front-end related issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in front-end development. Strong hands-on experience with AEM (6.4 or higher) including component development, templates, dialogs, and AEM front-end pipeline. Proficiency in React.Js , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , CSS3 , SASS/LESS . Experience integrating front-end code with AEM using HTL (Sightly) and Sling Models . Experience with RESTful APIs , JSON , and integrating with back-end services. Good understanding of CI/CD tools (e.G., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git). Familiarity with Webpack , Babel , and other modern front-end build tools. Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications: AEM Certification is a plus. Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) . Experience in performance tuning and web vitals optimization. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Familiarity with headless CMS and GraphQL is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
