Description :Job Title : Adobe AEM Tech Lead.Job Location : Any DGS location (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Gurgaon).Experience : 6 9 years.Mega Face To Face drive on 29 November at Kharadi, Pune office.Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AEM Lead with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of experience in AEM development and implementation.This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, best practices, and the ability to lead technical teams in delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and developers, to deliver seamless digital experiences.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and its integrations with other systems.- Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.- Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on technical feasibility and resource requirements.- Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment processes.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 9 years of experience in AEM development and implementation.- Strong proficiency in AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.- Familiarity with back-end technologies, including Java and RESTful web services.- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven).- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Preferred Qualifications :- AEM certification is a plus.- Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (AEM as a Cloud Service).- Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
