Description :Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including Sites and Assets.- Create and manage custom components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.- Participate in full software development lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Work closely with product owners, designers, and backend teams to translate business needs into scalable AEM solutions.- Implement AEM best practices including code reusability, performance tuning, and scalable architecture.- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis in AEM environments.- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.Key Requirements :- 6+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.- Strong hands-on experience with: - AEM Sites & Assets - Custom components and templates using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR - AEM workflows and metadata schemas- Solid understanding of AEM architecture, dispatcher configuration, and performance optimization.- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular) is a plus.- Experience integrating AEM with other systems via RESTful APIs, JSON, etc.- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Adobe Certified Expert AEM Developer certification is a plus.- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable.
