JOB PROFILE
The Portal Manager will oversee and optimize the utilization of real estate lead generation platforms such as 99acres, Housing.com, and Magic bricks to drive high-quality leads for focus projects. This role involves managing vendor relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and conversion rates. Additionally, the Portal Manager will ensure seamless Salesforce CRM administration, provide team training, and troubleshoot system issues. By staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, the Portal Manager will play a key role in enhancing overall lead generation efficiency and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Lead Generation: Leverage real estate lead generation platforms such as 99acres, Housing.com, and Magic bricks to identify and capture potential leads for focus projects.
- Reporting: Monitor and report lead generation performance, including CPL (Cost Per Lead), lead quality, and conversion rates, to assess effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, portal performance metrics, and competitor activities to enhance lead generation efforts.
Vendor Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure vendors adhere to agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize lead generation strategies and improve CPL and lead quality.
Data Gathering
- Collect and compile search/traffic data from portals such as 99acres, Housing.com, and Magic bricks, focusing on lead performance, CPL, and market trends.
- Track portal traffic, ad performance, and engagement metrics to identify patterns and insights.
Data Analysis
- Analyze gathered data to understand portal performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in CPL and lead targeting strategies.
Marketing Plan Development
- Utilize data insights to develop and refine portal-specific marketing strategies aimed at improving lead generation effectiveness.
- Propose plans to enhance lead flow across platforms, tailoring campaigns to each portal's strengths.
Salesforce CRM Administration
- Salesforce CRM Administration: Expertise in managing and customizing Salesforce CRM for sales teams.
- Training and Development: Effectively train new sales team members on Salesforce.
- Proficient in data management and report generation within Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting CRM issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in portal lead generation, marketing, data analysis.
