Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads for NBFCs through professional and persuasive communication over calls and emails.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
• Maintain and update lead databases regularly.
• Create and manage reports using Excel and Power BI to track lead generation performance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to refine and optimize lead generation strategies.
• Adapt to flexible working hours based on work requirements.
Requirements:
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in lead generation or tele-calling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Data Entry, and Power BI.
• Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work from our Gurgaon office.
• Hardworking, target-oriented, and adaptable to a start-up culture.
