Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, schools & government bodies
- Drive revenue growth through academic, corporate, and franchise models
- Deliver impactful programs — from credit courses to CSR projects, corporate training to K12 skilling
- Ensure strong engagement, enrollments & partnerships
Requirements
:
- 3–6 years of business development experience (edtech/education preferred)
- Strong communication, strategy & relationship-building skills
- Passion to grow with a mission-driven organization
Qualifications
- Business development, client relationship management, and sales skills
- Experience in market research and trend analysis
- Strategic planning and implementation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the education or social enterprise sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
