We are hiring for the following positions in our CDMO business
Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager (Presales - Formulations & API - Business Development)
Job Location: CRAMSN Research Park, Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
Job Description:
Respond to RFX (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and prepare proposals within the given timelines, ensuring a detailed scope is included.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop RFPs and lead the product and technology aspects of client RFPs.
Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including Cross-Functional Team (CFT) coordination, to develop competitive and business-winning solutions for all proposals.
Facilitate teleconferences between customers and the company, and document the minutes of the meetings.
Provide innovative, cost-effective, and timely solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Prepare high-quality, customer-focused proposals and budgets for RFP submissions.
Maintain pricing strategies with key accounts, including handling scope changes for additional revenues.
Regularly update the RFP tracker and share insights with the senior leadership team.
Track the status of submitted proposals and coordinate with Business Development counterparts.
Arrange project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and hand over relevant details to key stakeholders.
Participate in project closure discussions with key stakeholders for future campaigns and improvements.
Qualifications:
MSc (Chemistry) / B Pharm / M Pharm with an MBA (preferred)
5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years in the Presales domain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
