JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Brand Executive (Makeup & Fragrance), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy for our Makeup and Fragrances Category.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deriving Customer Insights : Utilise market research, consumer data, and trends analysis to identify key insights into our target audience's preferences, behaviours, and needs.


  • Curating Marketing Assets: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling brand assets, including marketing collateral, digital content like performance marketing and social media assets, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.


  • Assisting in Shoots: Coordinate and support photo and video shoots, ensuring that brand messaging, visual identity, and product features are effectively communicated and captured.


  • Packaging: Contribute to the design and development of packaging concepts in collaborating with the design and packaging team to reflect our brand positioning, enhance product visibility, and align with industry standards.


  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Bring a highly creative mindset to the table, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail, to ensure that all brand assets and executions meet our quality standards and brand guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
