We are expanding our team to include a friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Online Sales & Customer Support Agent to handle customer interactions and help grow our online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming queries via CRM.
  • Guide customers with product recommendations and care tips.
  • Convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
  • Handle post-sale queries like delivery issues or plant care support.
  • Maintain records of conversations and update daily sales/feedback reports.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good typing speed and ability to handle multiple chats.
  • Basic knowledge of plants or willingness to learn orchid care.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets.
