I Sales Management Lead Generation Prospecting Identify and pursue new business opportunities including networking cold calling and attending industry events Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Sales Process Management Develop and implement a streamlined sales process from initial contact to project completion Sales Forecasting Budgeting Develop realistic sales forecasts and budgets and track performance against targets Sales Team Leadership Recruit train and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals Negotiation Closing Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction II Marketing Management Market Research Analysis Conduct market research to identify target audiences competitive landscape and emerging trends Marketing Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including online and offline campaigns Content Creation Management Create engaging and informative content such as website copy social media posts and brochures Digital Marketing Manage online marketing efforts including SEO social media and email marketing Branding Reputation Management Build and maintain a strong brand image and reputation Event Planning Participation Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and open houses Budget Management Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal ROI Performance Measurement Reporting Track and analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics III General Responsibilities Team Leadership Management Motivate and lead the sales and marketing team providing guidance and support Communication Collaboration Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders Problem-Solving Identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices IV Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in marketing business administration or a related field Experience Proven experience in sales and marketing preferably in the landscaping or construction industry Skills Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies Understanding of the landscaping and hardscaping industry Personality Results-oriented and driven Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passionate about the environment and outdoor spaces Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
