Job Summary:

15+ years plant maintenance experience, including 5+ in leadership, with expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems, Maintenance Management, Strategy Development, breakdown analysis, electrical safety, Wood working or manufacturing industries.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and implement annual and monthly maintenance strategies to control costs, minimize downtime, enhance reliability, and optimize utilities and improvement activities.

Oversee electrical maintenance including power distribution, PLC/automation systems, and implementing effective energy conservation measures.

Manage departmental budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources for all maintenance and electrical operations.

Optimize spare parts inventory ensuring critical components are available while minimizing overall inventory carrying costs.

Lead installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems to improve operational performance.

Implement Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and workplace organization.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, electrical safety standards, and environmental regulations across all plant operations.

Foster a culture of safety, promoting safe work practices and aiming for zero workplace accidents.

Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of mechanical and electrical professionals for high performance.

Qualification:

Graduation in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
