Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, etc.) is usually required.
- 10–20+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met.
- Monitor production schedules, quality control, and cost efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- People Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of department heads, engineers, supervisors, and workers.
- Foster a culture of performance, safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Production Planning
- Coordinate with planning and supply chain teams to ensure timely raw material procurement and product dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and certifications (ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Maintenance & Engineering
- Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities.
- Drive automation and technology upgrades where applicable.
