Wastages (e.g. Material Shortages, Rejection & Rework, Breakdowns, etc.)
2. To Maintain Customer Relation By Daily Achieving DAPP (Daily
Achievement Of Planned Production)
1. Production Responsibility & Accountability For The Manufacturing Function
Across The Plant, Which Will Include People & Budgetary Management
2. Monitoring Various Processes & Methods To Transform Raw Materials Into
Finished Goods For Customers To Required Standards Of Quality, Cost,
Delivery on time & Safety
3. Provide Clear Leadership & Vision, Inspire & Motivate Team To Achieve
Excellence & Mentor Them to grow
4. To Prioritise Health, Safety & Environmental Issues
5. Continuous Improvement Across All Plant Processes & Operations &
Develop Creative & Innovative Manufacturing Processes including new
product
6. Develop & Implement Operational Roadmap In Line With Business Strategy
7. Regular Review Of All Activities (Team-2 & 3) Planned To Meet Company

8. Liaising With In Departments To Work More Smoothly & Effectively
