Business Development Manager

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trendswithin the oil and gas industry.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growthobjectives.
Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction and repeat business.
Drive sales initiatives to increase revenue, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients and partners.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation andmarket advantage.
Enhance the company's brand presence and reputation through targeted marketing andpromotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and market insightsfor senior management.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and finance, to ensurealignment of business development strategies with overall company goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote business opportunities.
Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective use ofresources.REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration orrelated fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
Strong understanding of the oil and gas market, including key trends, players, and technologies.
Communication Skills complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market analysis and strategicplanning.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients andpartners.
Experience in managing business development projects from conception to completion.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
