Must have substantial knowledge and experience in insurance agent hiring to ensure robust team development. Expertise in business development strategies to expand our insurance agency network effectively. Lead generation skills to identify and target potential insurance agents and partners. Experience in the life insurance sector, with a thorough understanding of industry dynamics. Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance products and market trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships and collaborations. Ability to work in multiple locations such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Anantapur. Roles and Responsibilities Drive the recruitment and development of a successful team of life and health insurance agents. Implement strategic business development plans to increase agency growth and market presence. Manage lead generation initiatives to identify high-potential insurance agents for recruitment.
