Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Pharmaceutical company as a BD international market ROW Sr Manager and Jr Manager at Classic Enterprise in Mumbai. The Sr Manager and Jr Manager will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing a team of professionals to drive sales and revenue growth.

BD Profiles

• Responsible for sales of pharmaceutical Prescription, OTC and ethical products.

• To promote product range to pharmacy, distributor and institutions.

• Ensure brand development and market share growth.

• To promote products to institutions,

• Regular identification of new products, brand extension for growth.

• Building KOL to increase business.

• Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products, evaluate newer opportunities for current and future product portfolio.

• Taking timely feedback, analysing & taking corrective actions to have a winning edge

• Evolving short term & long-term marketing strategies to enhance our brand’s market share.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Experience in managing and mentoring a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Knowledge of industry trends and market insights
