Position Overview:


The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer/Executive  is a key member of the sales team, responsible for providing technical and business knowledge support during the sales process. This role involves working closely with sales representatives, customers, and product development teams to ensure that the solutions proposed meet the client's needs. The Senior Pre-Sales Consultant must have a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Expertise:


  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies.
  • Should have work experience/preparing/understanding of Master data management
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the sales process.


Solution Design:


  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Should have strong skills in any of the mentioned tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Cloud Era, and Maxima which is solution available in master data
  • Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals.
  • Develop and present proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate product capabilities.


Customer Engagement:


  • Engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and technical needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively, ensuring a positive pre-sales experience.


Proposal Development:


  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality RFP/RFI responses.
  • Work with the sales team to develop compelling value propositions and solution benefits.
  • Ensure all technical documentation and proposals are accurate and align with customer requirements.


Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
  • Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.


Qualifications:


Education:


  • Any Bachelor’s/Masters degree  (If specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field that will be preferable)


Experience:


  • Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience  in a pre-sales or similar technical consulting role.
  • Proven track record of successful customer engagements and solution design.


Skills:


  • Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies and solutions.
  • Should have strong skills in any of the mentioned tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Cloud Era, and Maxima which is a solution available in master data.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


Additional Requirements:


  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
